Do you need healing? Or do you know someone who does? Do you need some Bible Verses for Healing?
God has many names for Himself in the Bible, and each one was given at a time when His people needed to hear it. And if you’re looking for Bible verses for healing, maybe you need to hear from Jehovah-Rapha.
Jehovah-Rapha has the power to heal you. Physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
And His Son Jesus came as a healer. He didn’t come to build an ark like Noah, or to build a temple like Solomon, or as a warrior like David. Not for the healthy, but for those who needed a Great Physician.
What is the meaning of Jehovah Rapha?
The Jewish people would have known immediately what God was calling Himself. God introduces Himself yet again to His people with a new name… the God who heals.
The God who heals had done just that. He delivered the Jewish people from the hands of their enslavers after the crossing of the Red Sea. That’s when He revealed His new name to them in Exodus 15:26: “for I am the Lord, your healer”
It’s God’s desire to heal us and for our relationship with Him to be fully restored. Our sin separates. Separates us from Him as well as from others. Our sin gets us in so much trouble but God waits patiently for us to realize we need healing.

The kind of faith that’s sometimes uncomfortable.
When Jesus came to earth, He acted as Jehovah-Rapha in the flesh… healing countless people every day. Jesus healed once He saw incredible faith, or in some cases He asked the person to complete a task that would prove their faith.
Let’s open up our hearts to Him, read 44 Bible Verses on Healing and pray for healing with obedience.
